The extra virgin olive oil “TenutaBio” is produced in the south-eastern area of Sicily. The olives are picked by hand browsing and ground within 24 hours, to keep safe their fragrance and quality.
Its main characteristics are the light-medium intensity of its fruity, its sweet and herbaceous taste and its beneficent properties for our organism (to prevent infarcts, to increase the bringing of A, D and E vitamins …)
The extra virgin olive oil is available both in bottle and in tin.

Very harmonic oil which lends itself to various gastronomic couplings (first courses, roasted fish, boiled vegetables, meat and toasted bread “bruschetta”. Its taste is further exalted with fat cheeses)
